I. General Terms
- Terms – these Terms of Service.
- Service – the online service “navitor.pl,” operating at the address https://navitor.pl.
- Service Provider – the company “Navitor Poland sp. z o.o.” with its registered office at: al. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 34, Marki, NIP: 1132846993, KRS: 0000395775.
- Service User – any natural person accessing the Service and using the services provided via the Service by the Service Provider.
- Electronic Communication – communication between the parties via email and contact forms available on the website.
II. General Provisions
- These Terms set out the rules of operation and use of the Service and define the rights and obligations of both Service Users and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.
- The Service Provider’s services involve providing free tools in the form of the Service, allowing Service Users access to content such as posts, articles, audiovisual materials, web applications, and electronic forms.
- All content, articles, and information containing features of advice or guidelines published on the Service are general collections of information and are not directed to individual Service Users. The Service Provider is not liable for the use of such materials by the Service Users.
- The Service User assumes full responsibility for the manner in which they use the materials made available on the Service, including using them in compliance with applicable laws.
- The Service Provider gives no warranty regarding the usefulness of the materials available on the Service.

III. Conditions for Using the Service

- Service Users are required to familiarize themselves with the Terms and other documents that form an integral part of these Terms and must accept them in full in order to continue using the Service.

- Any internet browser that displays web pages in accordance with the standards and provisions of the W3C Consortium and supports web pages provided in HTML5,
- JavaScript enabled,
- Cookies enabled.
- To ensure the security of the Service Provider, the Service Users, and other users of the Service, all Service Users should adhere to generally accepted online security rules.
- The following actions are prohibited, whether performed personally by the Service Users or using software:
- Without written consent, decompiling and analyzing the source code,
- Without written consent, causing excessive server load for the Service,
- Without written consent, attempting to detect vulnerabilities in the security of the Service or the server configuration,
- Attempting to upload or inject into the server and database any code, scripts, or software that may harm the Service software, other users, or the Service Provider,
- Attempting to upload or inject into the server and database any code, scripts, or software that may track or steal data from the Service Users or the Service Provider,
- Taking any action aimed at damaging or blocking the operation of the Service or preventing the fulfillment of the Service’s intended purpose.
- In case of the occurrence or potential occurrence of a cybersecurity incident or a GDPR breach, Service Users should immediately notify the Service Provider to address the issue and protect the interests of all Service Users.
IV. Registration Terms and Conditions
- Service Users may use the Service without registering.
- Service Users must register and create an account to access additional services available only to logged-in users.
- Registration on the Service is voluntary.
- Registration is voluntary and free of charge.
- Each Service User may have only one account in the Service.
- Technical requirements for account registration:

- By registering on the Service, Service Users consent to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider to the extent that it was entered into the Service during the registration process, as well as any subsequent changes or deletions.
- The Service Provider has the right to suspend or delete Service Users’ accounts at its discretion, thereby restricting or limiting access to certain or all services, content, materials, and resources of the Service. This may particularly occur if a Service User violates the Terms, generally applicable laws, social norms, or acts to the detriment of the Service Provider, other Service Users, the legitimate interests of the Service Provider, or third parties working with or independent of the Service Provider.
- All services of the Service may be changed in terms of their content and scope, added or removed, or temporarily suspended or restricted, at the discretion of the Service Provider, without the possibility of objection by Service Users.
- Additional security rules for account use:
- Registered Service Users are prohibited from sharing their login and password with third parties.
- The Service Provider has no right and will never request the Service User’s account password.
- Account deletion:
- Every Service User with an account on the Service has the option to delete their account from the Service on their own.
- Service Users can do this by logging into the panel on the Service.
- Deleting the account results in the removal of all identifying data of the Service User and the anonymization of the username and email address.
V. Conditions for Newsletter Service
• Service Users may use the Service without subscribing to the Newsletter.
• Subscription to the Newsletter is voluntary and free of charge.
• Subscription requires providing a valid email address.
• Subscribing to the Newsletter is voluntary.

- Scope of the Newsletter service:
- Notifications about new updates, posts, contests, and other promotional activities related to the Service’s offerings.
- Notifications about promotional activities from the Service’s partners (marketing messages).
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter:
- Each Service User subscribed to the Newsletter has the option to unsubscribe from the service.
- Service Users can do this via the link included in every email message sent.
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter results in the removal of the provided email address from the Service Provider’s database.
VI. Communication and Provision of Other Services on the Service
- The Service provides tools allowing Service Users to interact with the Service, such as:
- A contact form
- Commenting on posts and articles
- The Service provides contact details in the form of:
- An email address
- In the event of contact between the Service User and the Service Provider, the personal data of the Service Users will be processed in accordance with the “Privacy Policy,” which is an integral part of the Terms.
- Conditions for posting content by Service Users on the Service:
- It is prohibited to post offensive or defamatory content directed at the Service Provider, other Service Users, third parties, or other entities.
- It is prohibited to post text, graphic, audiovisual materials, scripts, programs, and other works for which the Service User does not hold a license, or where the copyright owner has not given permission for free publication.
- It is prohibited to post vulgar, pornographic, erotic content, or content that violates Polish and European law, as well as links to websites containing such content.
- It is prohibited to post scripts and programs that excessively burden the server, illegal software, software aimed at breaching security measures, or other similar actions, as well as links to websites containing such materials.
- It is prohibited to post marketing content and advertisements for other commercial services, products, or websites.
VII. Data Collection of Service Users
For proper service provision, the Service collects and processes some data on Service Users, including IP addresses, screen resolution, and browser types. Detailed data collection practices are outlined in the “GDPR Information Obligation” and “Privacy Policy,” which are integral parts of these Terms.

For the efficient operation of the Service and for statistical purposes, we automatically collect certain data about the Service User. This data includes:

- Approximate location
- Pages visited within the Service
- Time spent on a specific page
- Operating system type
- Previous page address
- Referring page address
- Browser language
- Internet connection speed
- Internet service provider
- Anonymous demographic data based on Google Analytics:

This data is obtained through the Google Analytics script and is anonymous.

Username, first and last name, email address
For logged-in Service Users (those with an account in the Service), cookies stored on the User’s device may contain an identifier associated with the User’s account.

- Email address
VIII. Copyright
- The Service and the copyrights to the Service are owned by the Service Provider.
- Some of the data published on the Service is protected by copyrights belonging to companies, institutions, and third parties not affiliated with the Service Provider and is used based on obtained licenses or free licenses.
- Under the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form, or store in search systems (except for search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn) any articles, descriptions, photos, or any other content, graphic materials, videos, or audio found on the Service without written consent or consent given via Electronic Communication by their legal owner.
- According to the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright, simple press information, understood as mere information without commentary or assessment by its author, is not protected. The author understands this as the ability to use information from texts posted on the Service, but not to copy entire or partial articles unless explicitly stated in the respective material made available on the Service.
IX. Changes to the Terms of Service
- All provisions of the Terms may be changed unilaterally by the Service Provider at any time, without providing reasons.
- Information about changes to the Terms will be sent via Electronic Communication to Service Users registered on the Service.
- In the event of a change to the Terms, the new provisions will take effect immediately upon publication for users who do not have an account in the Service.
- For users who have registered accounts, the new provisions will take effect after a 7-day grace period following the change to the Terms.
- It is assumed that any Service User who continues to use the Service after the change to the Terms accepts the revised Terms in their entirety.
X. Final Provisions
The Service Provider is not responsible in any way, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for the content provided and published on the Service by the Service Users, including its truthfulness, reliability, authenticity, or legal defects.
The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure the continuous availability of the Service. However, it is not liable for any disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Service Users, third parties, or external automated programs.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify any information posted on the Service at any time of its choosing, without the need to inform Service Users using the Service.
The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, completely, or partially disable the Service for improvement, adding new services, or performing maintenance, without prior notification to Service Users.
The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently shut down the Service without prior notification to Service Users.
The Service Provider reserves the right to assign, in part or in full, all its rights and obligations related to the Service, without the consent of, or the ability for objection by, the Service Users.
